When working with a client, our goal is to foster a creative and efficient collaboration to ensure that the end result is truly something special, and a space that you love.
To create a completely custom-designed space that’s tailored specifically to your needs and preferences, a few things need to happen. Here’s a high-level look at what you can expect working together:
Working With Design
- Our lead designer will meet with you (virtually or in-person) to discuss your project and answer any lingering questions.
- TIP! If you have any inspiration photos and ideas, now is the time to share.
- Moving forward, we’ll take laser-accurate measurements of the space we’re working with to provide you with the most realistic vision of how your project will come to life.
- At an agreed upon time, we will explore your 3D model together via virtual meeting.
- 3D drawing iterations are shared via email and you can collaborate directly on any changes with our designer until a final plan takes shape.

Approval of Design & Quote
- After receiving your final drawings, you will confirm and approve the design.
- Once approved, you will receive an updated quote for your project to confirm that we can proceed to production.

Production and FInishing
- Perfect parts start with machine precision from our CNC router, where your drawing will begin to come to life through carefully programmed code.

- Our cabinet makers will assemble parts and cabinets by hand, while our spray finishers prepare test samples of your chosen paint or stain colours for your final approval.
- Once colours or stains are approved, all parts are sprayed in our high-tech automotive paint booth.
- Once complete, everything is packaged, assembled, and fitted prior to delivery.
- TIP! Our finishers can colour match existing finishes or create one-of-a-kind colours to give your project a custom look and feel.

Delivery and Installation
- Our team will see your project through to the end, with a careful delivery and meticulous installation on-site.
- You can expect us to be tidy and respectful of your home, and we’ll give you back a clean and newly improved space for you to enjoy!
